Ship It Now PLUS! began in 2006 with a straightforward mission: give our community a dependable hometown place to pack, ship, and take care of everyday business needs.
For years, that meant concentrating primarily on shipping services along with a small selection of office supplies. It worked. It built the foundation.
But eventually, the business needed room to become something more.
Traditional packing and shipping services formed the backbone of Ship It Now PLUS!, supported by a modest assortment of office supplies and everyday business essentials.
A larger location gave us the space to expand far beyond the traditional shipping-store model and build a destination around convenience, technology, services, retail, and discovery.
In 2023, Ship It Now PLUS! left its original location and moved into a larger home built for the next stage of the company.
The move wasn't simply about having more square footage. It gave us the opportunity to rethink what a hometown shipping and service store could actually offer.
We expanded customer convenience with 24/7 access to customer-rented mailboxes, added scan-to-email services and paper shredding, and continued building around the everyday services people and businesses need.
At the same time, we dramatically expanded the retail side of the store with gifts, cell phone products, fragrances, games, technology, and other products that give customers something new to discover when they walk through the door.
Shipping is still part of our DNA. Today, it's only one part of what happens here.

The expanded Ship It Now PLUS! introduced a much larger selection of products designed to make visiting the store more interesting than simply completing an errand.
